Mastrogiorgio was founded in 1925 by a group of passionate artists eager to create pieces inspired by the style of the renowned artist Giorgio Andreoli, a 16th-century painter, from whom it takes its name.

Located in Umbria, between Perugia and Assisi, in the traditional ceramic town of Gualdo Tadino, Mastrogiorgio has become one of the most emblematic manufacturers in the region over the years.

Under the determined and principled leadership of Laura Clementi from 1972 to 2024, production evolved from decorative pieces to tableware while maintaining a deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship. This relentless pursuit of excellence earned the brand international recognition, allowing it to navigate the changing tides of the market and expand beyond European production.
